Erdem Erdoğan

Attorney Erdem Erdoğan, who graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2017, started his professional career in the field of commercial and corporate law. Broadening his expertise with experience gained across various sectors, Atty. Erdoğan provides consultancy and legal services to his clients in diverse areas, primarily including corporate law, personal data protection law (LPPD), concordat law, and health law.

Atty. Erdem Erdoğan co-founded TEK&partners in 2020 with his partners, Atty. Zeyt Enes Kömürcü and Atty. İbrahim Toprak, and continues his activities registered with the Istanbul Bar Association.

Also serving as a mediator and concordat commissioner, Atty. Erdem Erdoğan provides professional support to his individual and corporate clients in the effective resolution of disputes and financial restructuring processes. Atty. Erdem Erdoğan speaks advanced English and Georgian.
